Note To Epsom and Ewell Group Walk Leaders: This page contains details of walk start point locations which can be cut-and-pasted into the details you provide to the Walks Programme Coordinator. The list below shows the location and other details for various walk start places in Surrey and surrounding areas that we have used in the past. The list includes public car parks and streetside parking places, and railway stations and other meeting places without parking. Before you use one of these places you are advised to satisfy yourself that the details are correct and that the location is still suitable. Additional locations will be inserted from time to time.

Private car parks such as pub and garden centre car parks are not listed - if you want to use such a car park it would be advisable to agree the arrangements with the manager first.
The following columns are provided:
- Name - there may be multiple entries in a few cases where a place has more than one name
- OS 10-figure Grid Reference - Walks Manager uses this to calculate other location references
- Postcode - normally the value calculated from the OS Grid Ref, but ocasionally a more useful postcode may be given.
- Philips Surrey Street Atlas reference - for places in Surrey
- Number of Spaces - where known - for your information, not required by Walks Manager
- Public Transport - where known
- Free or Charges? - where known
- Remarks - other comments for your information (and which may sometimes need to be inserted in the "Walk Description" or "Additional Info" box in Walks Manager)
- (Latitude and Longitude - part of the system but not required in published walk details)
On the "Maps" tab, clicking on a pin will display the required details below the map for copy-and-paste. Clicking on a circle with a number in it will drill down to a single pin.
On the "List" tab, clicking on the OS Grid Ref will show the car park on a map, with all the required details available below the map for copy-and-paste.
